Permite a estos huéspedes acceder directamente a sus habitaciones realizando desde su teléfono un check-in digital 100% legal, pudiendo abrir la puerta de su habitación con su teléfono, aumentado la recurrencia, la diferenciación y la venta en el canal directo.

¿ Por qué
STAYmyway Experience?

LE permitirá DIFERENCIARSE de los hoteles de SU entorno, ofreciendo a SUS huéspedes una experiencia ÚNICA.

Staymyway Experience aumenta la recurrencia de este tipo de huéspedes, ya que la percepción de valor percibida, su satisfacción y la valoración del hotel, será mayor, ya que no tendrán que esperar en recepción, pudiendo subir directamente a sus habitaciones sin tener que esperar los procesos de check-in habituales.

Cómo Funciona

El huésped debe reservar a través de la web del hotel para poder vivir la experiencia de Staymyway Experience.

Una vez realizada la reserva el huésped recibe un mail con la información de su estancia. En este mail hay un botón para descargar la app y la reserva que ha realizado.

Una vez descargada la aplicación, el huésped podrá realizar un check-in digital 100% legal, tomando una foto de su documento de identidad y un selfie, información que sera validadada automáticamente.

Cuando el huésped llega al hotel se dirige al totem de Staymyway Experience, al ponerse frente a el, el sistema lo reconoce, le muestra su reserva y le pide que firme sobre la pantalla, para completar el check-in.

El huésped sube a su habitación y abre la puerta con su teléfono móvil.

La luces y la energía de la habitación se encienden automáticamente.

¡El huésped disfruta de su estancia!.

Cómo lo hacemos

En la recepción del hotel

1. Instalamos un totem en la recepción, donde el hotel considere más operativo.
2. Activamos la integración de Staymyway Experience con:
2.1. Motor de reservas para el envío del mail al huésped para la descarga de la aplicación.
2.2. PMS, para que pueda recibir los datos del check-in del huésped, así como la asignación de la habitación y los cambios que pudieran surgir.

Cómo lo hacemos

En la habitación

1. CERRADURA: En la cerradura de la habitación instalamos un pequeño módulo bluetooth que permite al huésped abrir la puerta con su teléfono. Esta instalación no interfiere en el funcionamiento de la cerradura ya que se coloca en paralelo, haciendo que las tarjetas continúen funcionando como hasta ahora y siendo este sistema compatible con cualquier marca y modelo de cerradura.
2. TARJETERO: Para la activación de la energía, colocamos en la habitación sensores inalámbricos de presencia (no requiere instalación) que activan la luz cuando el huésped accede a la habitación, limitando al mismo tiempo el consumo eléctrico a la presencia o no de los huéspedes en la habitación, no solo activando la luz y el aire acondicionado cuando acceden, sino apagándolo cuando abandonan la habitación, realizando un ahorro energético de hasta el 25%.
